D3 increases calcium absorption. K2 directs it to bone and away from arterial walls. Population data links low K2 status with higher rates of arterial calcification. The structural and cardiovascular foundation.
Omega-3 EPA 600mg + DHA 400mg
1,000mg of combined EPA+DHA per serving — the dose clinical trials actually use. Anti-inflammatory, cardiovascular, and cognitive support backed by more human trial data than almost any other supplement.
Vitamin D3 2,000 IU

How to take it
Take Bone & Heart Support and Vitamin D3 with a meal containing fat — both are fat-soluble. Take Berberine with meals for the best glycaemic effect. Take Omega-3 softgels with food to maximise absorption and avoid reflux. Everything in this stack can be taken simultaneously.
