What we can usually answer quickly

• Where your order is, or anything that went wrong with it.
• What is in a product, and at what dose. Sleep Formula publishes every amount. Omega-3 and Magnesium Glycinate are effectively single-ingredient. Cognitive Support and Sleep Support carry proprietary blends, and our manufacturer will not release the individual amounts — so for those two the honest answer is that we cannot tell you, and we would rather say that than guess.
• Whether something clashes with a medicine you take. We will tell you what is on the label and then tell you to check with your prescriber or pharmacist. That is the correct answer rather than a brush-off — particularly for Sleep Support, which contains St John's Wort and 5-HTP.

Tell us. Point at the claim and, if you have it, the source. We audited our own library against its sources in 2026 and published dated corrections on 82 articles, so this is not a rhetorical offer — a reader who catches an error is doing us a favour. If you are a clinician

If a patient has asked you about one of our products, the composition reference is written for you rather than for them: every ingredient at its individual amount where we have it, the two products where we do not and why, the interactions worth knowing, and a plain list of what we have not tested.

What we cannot do

We cannot give medical advice, assess symptoms, or tell you whether a supplement is right for your situation. Those questions belong with a doctor or pharmacist who knows your history, and we would rather lose the sale than pretend otherwise.
